The complete project implementation cycle includes:

• surveying and studying of technological process peculiarities;
• electrical equipment and mechanical structure design;
• manufacturing of protection covers for automation and mechanical structure;
• measuring and driven equipment delivery;
• metrological support of projects;
• development of application software for controllers and upper level;
• assembling and commissioning of the supplied systems;
• client’s staff training;
• servicing and warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment;
• technical support.

Electrical part of the project is performed in CadElectro in Acad or Eplan CAD platforms. Subject to approval by the client, projects are performed in IEC/CMEA standards (unified system for design documentation, construction design and estimate documentation) and DIN, and pass examination for compliance with regulatory documents. They are submitted to the client in paper and electronic copies.

Electrical mounting of protective covers is performed in accordance with conductor color code and up-to-date assembling and marking elements. Protective covers are checked as to electric mounting errors and tested no-load.

Our company performs assembly and commissioning operation in the domain of electrical equipment and mechanical structure development. We also perform welding and assembly operations.

Our staff qualification allows working with intellectual equipment of companies like ABB, B&R, Hitachi, LG, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc. We have tools of famous world companies for PLC programming and Scad projects.
